John is a labour-employment lawyer with extensive knowledge and experience in the following areas of workplace law:

For 20 years, John was in-house labour and employment counsel at the world’s largest operational nuclear facility in Ontario. The private generator employed over 4,000 employees, 90% of which were unionized. It also retained the services of thousands of Building Trade Union contractors on major construction projects each year. 

Prior to moving in-house, John spent a number of years practicing labour and employment law on Bay Street in Toronto.

John is known within the legal community as a fair-minded individual. He is an “out-of-the-box” thinker when searching for reasonable solutions to workplace conflict. Relationship building and maintenance are his strengths.
